We will always strive to ensure that you receive your purchase as soon as possible. Purchases made and paid for before 3pm weekdays will generally ship within 24 hours. Pickup is also available from our Tauranga office by appointment during business hours, with Eftpos and Credit Card facilities available. You will receive a GST invoice and receipt for your purchase, along with shipping details and courier tracking numbers where appropriate.

Nationwide Shipping Rates:

During checkout with courier delivery our system will automatically calculate the most efficient packaging and delivery rate for your purchase. Packages are shipped using either CourierPost or Post Haste, depending on the size or destination. Delivery time is usually overnight, or slightly longer for Rural or large item Inter-Island Deliveries. Couriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. As the courier delivery service is handled by a third party, Think Digital cannot guarantee the day or time of delivery.

Not all packages can be delivered to PO Boxes or Private Bags, so please supply a suitable physical delivery address when placing your order.

Should your purchase include an item which is not available immediately ex stock, we will endeavor to ship your purchase within 2 to 3 days. If we expect the delay to be any longer we will contact you to discuss the options.

Think Digital does not ship packages outside of New Zealand. Please contact us regarding international shipping arrangements.
